Note:  The released version of Office 2010 is supported. As AMan Pro is a 32 bit application, Office 2010 64-Bit will NOT be supported in the future. Additionally the Click-to-Run version will not be supported in the future as that version cannot interact with other programs.

Important note for Vista and Windows 7 users
If you are using Windows Vista and Windows 7, it is VERY important that you turn User Access Control (UAC) off (and leave it off) BEFORE installing AMan Pro. To turn UAC off:

• In Windows go to Control Panel (use classic view)->User Accounts->Turn on User Account Control On or Off (Vista) or Control Panel->User Accounts->Change User Account Settings (Windows 7)
• Uncheck the 'Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer' checkbox (Vista) or Set slider to lowest level of "Don't Notify" (Windows 7)
• Reboot even if not prompted (you will get a warning from Windows about this when you restart– please ignore this at ALL times)
• It is VERY important that you continue to leave UAC off

All AMan products are available as a 21 day trial. During the trial, the product is fully functional. When you elect to purchase an AMan license, no new code need be installed. All that is required is to install the license details.

During the period of the trial, customer support is available to you via email or phone. Additionally, we would be very happy to chat with you about the product on the phone, answering any questions you may have. The system requirements for all products are:

• Windows XP or later (US and UK English versions only) (Windows 95/98/ME are not supported)
• Internet Explorer 7 or later
• At least 512 MB of memory (Minimum of 1 GB recommended)
• A processor speed of at least 1 GHz
• At least 1 GB of free disk space
• 1024x screen resolution size (800x screen sizes will work. However, some of the functionality may be less accessible).
• Microsoft Word XP (2002) or later (or Office XP (2002) or later)
• Please Contact Us if you are installing AMan Pro using any Microsoft beta products. SpaceWare products are typically  supported on newly released Windows products within 60 days of the general release.

Any PC system purchased in the last few years should satisfy these requirements.

Amazon Requirements:

• You must have a Pro Merchant Marketplace account
• A maximum of 50,000 individual SKUs

Optional components are:

• For AMan Pro, Endicia DAZzle must be installed to print Internet Postage (for a free trial, please click here). You must have a Premier or better account. The Standard DAZzle account will not work with AMan Pro.
• For Outlook integration, MS Outlook (not Outlook Express) XP (2002) or later is required.
• For email functionality, a POP3 email account or an Outlook accessible email account (MSN/Hotmail not supported)
• For exporting to Excel, MS Excel XP (2002) or later is required.
